Founder
Florence Kehinde-Bello
Florence is a caring, highly organised and detail-oriented professional. With her motivation for meeting the needs of others, she ensures the smooth execution of our initiatives and maximises their impact.
Co-Founder
Theophilus Bello
Theo is a skilled communicator, motivator and relationship builder. He leads our fundraising efforts, cultivating partnerships and securing resources to support our mission.
Trustee
Odunayo Bashorun
Odunayo is a Chartered Accountant with extensive post‑qualification experience in finance. He oversees the stewardship of the Foundation’s resources, ensuring that all funds are responsibly sourced, managed, and applied to support our mission.

At FOTIB Foundation, we believe that every individual has the potential to learn and succeed. That's why we are dedicated to empowering learners who have challenges in and out of schools, training institutes, homes and communities by providing the necessary resources and support. We aim to support extra lessons, educational equipment, educational trips, organise conferences, tradesmanship, information giving, encourage training and mentoring etc.
